Easy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes
  • Onion to taste
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • water
  • milk

Directions

  1. Peel and slice potatoes.

  2. Put in baking dish with onion, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add soup and 1/2 can water, 1/2 can milk.

  4. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 2 hours.

  5. Variations – chopped ham, breaded venison, cheese
