Catherine Grames’ Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 boiled potatoes
  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes and eggs, then peel and chop.

  2. Put in a large bowl and set aside.

  3. Mix remaining ingredients in a smaller bowl.

  4. Pour over potato mixture and stir gently.
