Catherine Grames’ Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 5 boiled potatoes
- 6 boiled eggs
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dill pickle, finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions

Cook potatoes and eggs, then peel and chop.

Put in a large bowl and set aside.

Mix remaining ingredients in a smaller bowl.

Pour over potato mixture and stir gently.
