Hot artichoke and bacon dip

Ingredients

  • 28 ounces artichoke hearts, drained
  • 12 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Worcestershire, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • Green onions to garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ F.

  2. In a food processor, combine artichoke hearts, mozzarella, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire. Process until smooth.

  3. Fold in bacon; season with salt and pepper. Spread in an even layer in a small baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden.
