- 5 cups Basic Cracked Bulgur, cooked and cooled (dried Bulgur is cracked in a blender before rehydrating)
- 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup shrimp (crab or tuna)
- 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice or vinegar
- salt to taste
