Basic Bulgur Seafood Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Basic Cracked Bulgur, cooked and cooled (dried Bulgur is cracked in a blender before rehydrating)
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup shrimp (crab or tuna)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice or vinegar
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Combine and chill.
