- 1/2 to 3/4 cup raw oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 to 4 teaspoons walnut bits
- 1/4 cup soaked whole wheat kernels (overnight and drained)
- 1 ounces raisins
- 6 apple slices
- 4 to 6 prunes, sliced
- 6 grapes, sliced
- 6 banana sliced
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

Combine oatmeal, brown sugar, walnuts, and wheat kernels.
