Pomegranate Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 pomegranates, seeds only
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chilis or 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, finely chopped without seeds
  • 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Combine and refrigerate at least 90 minutes.

  2. Serve with corn chips.
