Ingredients
- 2 pomegranates, seeds only
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chilis or 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, finely chopped without seeds
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- salt
- pepper
Directions

Combine and refrigerate at least 90 minutes.
