Ingredients
- 4 cups oats
- 1 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cups sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2/3 cup each oil and water
- 1 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

Mix oats, walnuts, sunflower seeds, almonds, pecans, wheat germ, sesame seeds, and coconut in a large bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan, heat on low for 15 to 20 minutes.

Do not boil.

Mix with dry ingredients and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
