Ingredients
- 2 packages Oriental Ramen
- 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 cups shredded chinese cabbage
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup sliced zucchini
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper strips
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup small cooked shrimp
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, cubed
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
Directions

Cook noodles, drain.

Stir-fry vegetables in oil 1 to 2 minutes in large skillet.

Stir in seasoning, noodles, shrimp, chicken and cilantro.

Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
