White Cheddar and Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pound potatoes (your favorite)
- 1 head garlic (peeled)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese (grated)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Boil the potatoes and garlic until the potatoes are fork tender, about 20-30 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and garlic and mash.

Mix in the butter, sour cream, heavy cream and cheese.

Season with salt and pepper.
