Corn Pasta (Masa Pasta)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup Masa corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp olive oil or corn oil

Directions

  1. Stir together 1 cup of the all purpose flour, the tortilla flour, and salt.

  2. Combine eggs, water, and olive oil; add to flour and mix well. Sprinkle remaining flour on kneading surface. Knead 10 minutes, let rest 10 minutes, roll and cut into desired shapes.
