Crock-pot Chicken, gravy & stuffing

Ingredients
- 4-5 medium potatoes, cut up
- 3-4 carrots, cut up
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4-6 slices swiss cheese (or mozza, if that is what you have on hand)
- 1(10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (I used celery)
- 1(10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- Box of chicken flavoured stove top stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup margarine, Melted
Directions

Place peeled & cut up potatoes & carrots in the bottom of your slow cooker.

Mix soups, onion, chicken broth & milk together. Pour over vegetables.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place chicken breasts in crock pot.

Put one slice of Swiss cheese on each breast.

Sprinkle stuffing mix over all.

Drizzle melted butter on top.

ok on low for 6 hours or high for 3.
