Chinese Crock pot chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 T. water
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1 T. Oil
  • 5 Chicken breasts
  • 1 T. chopped garlic
  • 1 t. ground ginger
  • 1 small bottle Asian dressing
  • + water to fill dressing bottle
  • 1/2 C. Soya sauce
  • 2 T. sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Put water in zip lock with chicken and flour and mix around to coat chicken. Put oil in pan and fry chicken until nicely browned and a bit crispy. Put everything else into large crock insert. When chicken is browned put in crock. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is done.

  2. Make up a big dish of rice to go with meal.
