Ingredients

• 1 package yellow cake mix
• 1/2 c butter, softened
• 1/4 c brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 green apples, thinly sliced
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 egg

Directions

1. Mix cake mix and butter until crumbly. Remove 2/3 c of mixture and mix with brown sugar and cinnamon for topping. Press the rest into a 9×13 inch ungreased pan. Arrange apples slices over it. Beat egg into sour cream and spread over the apples. Cover with topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
