Baked Parmesan Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. Milk
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 30 saltines crushed (~1 cup)
  • garlic, 1 large clove, minced
  • 1-1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 4 chicken breast halves, skinless/boneless, cut into 1/2" strips
  • 3 TBSP Parmesan

Directions

  1. Stir milk, vinegar, garlic, and pepper sauce together. Add chicken and refrigerate 30 mins (or freeze in plastic baggy for later).

  2. at oven to 450.

  3. Prepare coating- crumbs, paprika, salt, and 1-1/2 tsp parmesan. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and coat with Pam. Drain chicken, toss in crumbs to coat, and sprinkle with the extra parmesan. Bake 8-10 minutes.
