Dip:

cut cucumber into little pieces. Add 1/3 of a cup of yogurt and 1/3 cup of mayo. 1/4 tsp of chilli oil. Stir together. Add 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice. Mix together. A little Salt.

Stuffing:

one carrot, peel and cut into pieces – add to food processor. Two cloves of garlic into processor. One shallot, chopped into four and added to processor. Take stems out of mushrooms – assortment any mushrooms – 4-5; chop add to processor.

2 tbsp of sugar

2 tbsp of soy sauce

a little salt – a pinch

start processor and blend.

Shrimp?? Missed one ingredient to add to processor.

Make eggwash – eggroll wrappers – eggwash edges of wrapper, one tsp of mixture into wrapper.
