  • 1 bag spinach leaves
  • 4-5 strips of Oscar Meyer center cut
  • bacon, cooked
  • 1-2 hard boiled eggs
  • Mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Balsamic dressing

Directions

  1. Toss all ingredients together and serve!
