Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- Pinch Salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place water and butter in a saucepan and heat to a boil.

Remove from heat and add salt and flour, all at once, stirring vigorously.

Add eggs, one at a time, incorporating all until smooth.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake about 15 minutes more. They are done when the fat droplets are no longer present and a toothpick inserted in puffs comes out clean.

Transfer to a wire rack. Cut in half and fill as desired.
