Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, whole boneless
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 6 thin ham slices
- 1/2 c white wine
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 c cold water
- 1/4 c water
Directions

Pound chicken to 1/4" thick. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top. Roll up and wrap with a slice of bacon and hold with a toothpick. Place in crock pot.

Combine the 1/4 cup water, bouillon, and wine and pour over meat. Cook on high 4 hours.

Combine cornstarch plus 1/4 cup cold water and add to pot and cook to thicken just before meal.
