Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, 14 oz
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 garlic clove
- dash hot pepper sauce
- paprika, optional
- assorted crackers
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic and hot pepper sauce.

Transfer to greased 1 qt. baking dish.

Sprinkle with paprika if desired.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until top is lightly browned.

Serve warm with crackers.
