Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, 14 oz
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 garlic clove
  • dash hot pepper sauce
  • paprika, optional
  • assorted crackers

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic and hot pepper sauce.

  2. Transfer to greased 1 qt. baking dish.

  3. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.

  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until top is lightly browned.

  5. Serve warm with crackers.
