Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mixed vegetables, frozen, thawed, and drained
  • 1 cup chicken, diced and cooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In ungreased 2 qt casserold, mix vegetables, chicken and soup until blended.

  3. Stir remaining ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour over chicken mixture.

  4. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
