Tex-Mex Pulled Pork

Serve in tortillas, taco shells, or buns.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 med onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cans (4.5 oz each) diced green chilies 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2-1/2 lb boneless pork roast
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Mix sauce ingredients in crock pot. Add pork, then spoon sauce over pork to cover. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours (high 3-1/2 hours). Remove meat and pull into shreds, using two forks. Pour sauce into serving bowl and stir in cilantro and shredded pork.
