Mexican Steak

Ingredients
- 1.25lb boneless round steak or steak of your choice
- 2TBSP oil
- 1-4oz can chopped green chilis
- 1-8oz jar taco sauce
- 1/2 C shredded jack or mexican mix cheese
- rice
Directions

Cut meat into strips, brown in oil

place in 2qt casserole

top with chilis and taco sauce

cover and bake 350* for 40 minutes

sprinkle with cheese…bake 5 minutes more

serve over rice
