Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups green onions, chopped
- 1 cup cooked ham, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 7 Hawaiian bread rolls, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup egg substitute
- 2 tbls. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Directions

Cook onions, ham and garlic for 5 minutes in a small skillet coated with non-stick cooking spray over medium-high heat, stirring as mixture cooks.

Remove from heat; cool.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Arrange cubes on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned, turning occasionally.

Combine milk, egg substitute, mustard, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk until well blended.

Stir in ham mixture.

Add bread, tossing gently to coat.

Arrange half of the bread mixture in an 8-inch square baking dish that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray.

Sprinkle with half of the cheese; top with remaining bread mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake an additional 20 minutes or until center is set.
