Tequila-Orange Barbecue Sauce

This sauce will keep up to three weeks in the refrigerator or up to 6 months in the freezer. Serve with lean grilled meats. Makes 10 cups

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate.
- 1 cup tequila
- 2 quarts KC Masterpiece barbecue sauce
- 1 cup whole grain mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

Cook the orange juice concentrate and the tequila in a large pot over medium-high heat until reduced by half. Add the barbecue sauce.

Bring to boil, then reduce heat, add the mustard and simmer 5 minutes..

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
