Ingredients
- small onion diced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium size potatoes
- 1 tbs ketchup
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tbs flour
- 1/2 c. chedder Cheese
- 1/2 c Sour Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
- 1 Can of Cream Corn
- Milk
Directions

Mashed potatoes:

I used about 4 medium size potatoes.

Boil for 15-20 minutes

drain and fluff

Back in pot….add a couple tbs. of butter, salt, pepper. After butter melts, drizzle with milk and sour cream and mash them. Add some cheddar cheese and stir it in.

Ground Beef:

1 lb ground beef

Saute onion in 1 tbs oil

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Drain off fat if needed.

Add 2 tbs flour and cook 1 minute.

Add 1 tbs ketchup and 3/4 cup beef broth. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Layer ground beef in pan, I used cream corn as the veggie(1 can) then spread the potatoes on top. Sprinkle a little more cheese then bake in the oven at 350 until bubbly and brown
