Nigella’s Chocohotopots

Ingredients
- 1 stick plus 1 T unsalted butter
- 4 oz. semisweet chocolate (60% cocoa)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 3 T flour
Directions

Place a baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 400 degrees.

Butter 4 1-cup ramekins.

Melt the chocolate and 1 stick of butter in microwave or over double boiler.

In another bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and flour and beat in the butter/chocolate mixture.

Pour into buttered ramekins.

Bake 20 minutes.
