Nigella’s Chocohotopots

Ingredients

  • 1 stick plus 1 T unsalted butter
  • 4 oz. semisweet chocolate (60% cocoa)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 T flour

Directions

  1. Place a baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 400 degrees.

  2. Butter 4 1-cup ramekins.

  3. Melt the chocolate and 1 stick of butter in microwave or over double boiler.

  4. In another bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and flour and beat in the butter/chocolate mixture.

  5. Pour into buttered ramekins.

  6. Bake 20 minutes.
