Green Bean Saute

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh whole green beans, trimmed (about 3 cups)
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing, divided
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted

Directions

  1. Cook and stir beans in half of the dressing in a large skillet on medium heat just until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.

  2. Add remaining dressing and mustard; mix lightly. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with almonds.
