Chicken Salad with Grapes

Serves 6 peopleIngredients
- 3-1/2 cups chicken, cooked
- 1 large celery stalk, thinly sliced
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons chives, finely chopped
- 1-1/4 cups red or green grapes, cut in half
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch of cumin or curry powder (optional)
Directions

In a large bowl, toss the chicken and celery.
- Gently fold in about 1/4 cup of the mayonnaise and the lemon juice.

Add the salt, pepper, cumin or curry powder if desired, and parsley.

Add more mayonnaise if you like a moister salad.

Gently fold in the grapes.
