Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 can tomato paste
- uncooked rice
- olive oil
- garlic
- minced onions
- shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can enchilada sauce
Directions

In saucepan brown uncooked rice in olive oil with garlic and minced onions.

Add tomato paste and water and simmer till tender.

Heat refried beans.

Top with cheese and enchilada sauce.

Serve warm.
