Beef Rendang

Ingredients

  • 1 packet beef shin
  • 1 Ayam brand Rendang paste with
  • 100 gm Ayam brand coconut milk
  • 1-2 potatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato

Directions

  1. Cut the shin into small cubes.

  2. Fry the paste in pot and add beef, stir fry a while

  3. Add the rest except coconut milk.

  4. Pressure cook 15 mins.

  5. When done, open pot and add half the coconut milk and cook a while, stirring.
