Tom yam fish

Ingredients

  • 1 fish for steaming
  • 150 ml water
  • 10 lime juice
  • 1 tom yam cube
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. chili paste
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • serai
  • tomatoes
  • sliced onions

Directions

  1. Mix the sauce, pour over fish and steam till done.
