Ingredients
- 1 kampong chicken
- 3 pieces preserved bean curd, nam yu
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- wine
- pepper
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 70 gm rice flour
- 70 gm SR flour
Directions

Cut chicken into 8-9 big pieces.

Marinade chicken pieces with seasonings and egg for 1/2 hr.

Add in the 2 types of flour and stand for 1/2 hr.

Deep fry till crispy.
