Fried preserved bean curd chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 kampong chicken
  • 3 pieces preserved bean curd, nam yu
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • wine
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 70 gm rice flour
  • 70 gm SR flour

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into 8-9 big pieces.

  2. Marinade chicken pieces with seasonings and egg for 1/2 hr.

  3. Add in the 2 types of flour and stand for 1/2 hr.

  4. Deep fry till crispy.
