Ingredients
- 125 gm cream cheese
- 1 small cup fruit yoghurt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 80 ml milk
- 1 dessp. gelatine
- strawberrys - chopped
- 1 slice sponge cake
Directions

Dissolve gelatine and cool.

Hand-whisk the cream cheese, sugar and yoghurt till smooth.

Add in milk and strawberrys to mix.

Add in the gelatine.

Pour over sponge cake to freeze till firm.
