Ingredients
- 1/2 kg. prawns
- 3 garlic
- 1/2" yellow ginger
- 3 buah keras
- 10 onions
- 10 dried chillies or about l tbsp. chilli powder
- 1/2 bowl water
- 1/2 tbsp. soya bean paste
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 4 tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. cornflour
Directions

Soak dried chillies in warm water till soft.

Deep fry unshell prawns 5 mins.

Remove, leaving 3-4 tbsp. oil.

Fry pound ingredients.

Add tomato sauce.

Add prawns when sauce boils.

Stir a while to till cook
