Ingredients

  • Cold beer
  • Fish fillet
  • Flour
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Add cold beer (must) to flour and mix. It is important the mixture be thin and not thick.

  2. It should flow when lifted up the whisk.

  3. Add salt and pepper to batter and also the fish. It is important to add salt n pepper to fish slices, do not depend on the batter itself.

  4. Sit for one hour before use.

  5. Coat fish slices over dry flour. Shake off excess flour.

  6. Immerse the slices into batter and immediately put into deep fry till golden.

  7. Batter can be prepared first.

  8. Fish be seasoned with salt and pepper but only coat with flour and batter just before frying.
