Mango Coco Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Thai yellow mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk or 1 cup water+1tbsp Artisana coconut meat butter
  • 2tbsp soy yogurt [optional]
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If too thick, add a bit more water. Serve chilled.
