Ingredients
- 2 lbs 80% Lean Chopped beef
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup of your favorite bbq sauce
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 green onion finely chopped
- 16 mini sandwich buns
- Toppings:
- Barbeque Sauce
- Salsa con Queso
- Plum Tomatoes sliced

Combine the first 10 ingredients and mix well. Form into 16 patties, about the size of your palm. Place on a hot grill 2 mins per side. These are tiny, so they cook very quickly. Brush with 1 tbs of bbq sauce just before taking the patties off the grill. To assemble place one patty on the bottom of the mini sandwich bread, place 1 slice of tomato on top of the meat patty. Spread 1 tbsp of salsa con queso on the top of the bun and place the sandwich and voila!
