Ingredients
- 1 cup reduced fat Bisquick
- 2 T powdered sugar
- 2 T firm butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 T reduced fat Bisquick
- 2 t grated lemon peel
- 2 T lemon juice
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1T 1 1/2 t lemon juice
Directions

Heat oven to 350

Mix 1 cup Bisquick and 2 T powdered sugar in small bowl

Cut in butter until mixture looks like fine crumbs

Press mixture in bottom and 1/2 inch up edges of ungreased square pan 8 × 8 × 2 inches.

Bake about 10 min or until light brown

Mix granulated sugar, eggs, Bisquick, lemon peel and 2 T lemon juice

Pour over baked layer

Bake about 25 min or until set and golden brown

While warm, loosen edges from sides of pan
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth

Spread with lemon glaze

Cool completely, about 1 hour

For bars cut into 6 rows by 4 rows
