Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Diced Mango
- 1 1/2 Cups Diced Strawberries
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Minced Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom
- 1 tsp Mint
Directions

Mix sugar, vinegar and ginger in small saucepan over low heat until sugar has dissolved.

Once dissolved add 1 cup of each fruit. Let simmer for 15 minutes then add cardamom and mint.

Stir in the rest of the fruit and serve over fish or chicken.
