Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, unpacked
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups banana
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions

Mix together first six dry ingredients.

Mix together egg whites, butter, yogurt and vanilla; then add banana.

Combine dry mixture with wet mixture.

Add nuts.

Bake 325 F for 1 hour 10 minutes (up to max 1 hour, 20 min) in a greased loaf pan.
