Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 bunch scallions or green onion
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Place each fillet on its own piece of aluminum foil.

Combine all other ingredients.

Evenly distribute over each fillet.

Fold aluminum foil and tightly crimp edges to seal.

Place packets on baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake 10-12 minutes, until foil is puffed and fish is opaque in middle.
