Ingredients
- 12 cabbage leaves
- 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can tomotoe sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
Directions

Cover leaves with boiling water for 5 minutes to soften.

Mix the beef, S&P, rice, 1/2 a can of tomatoe sauce, onion and egg.

Fill leaves and roll.

Pin with toothpicks.

Mix remaining 1/2 can of tomatoe sauce, sugar, lemon and water and pour over rolls.

Bake 350 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
