Clam Linguine

Ingredients

  • 375 grams dry linguine
  • 1 can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can baby clams
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Cook past to al dente and drain.

  2. Bring tomatoes to boil, stirring to break up, 3-5 minutes.

  3. Drain clams and stir into tomatoes along with vinegar.

  4. Boil.

  5. Stir in basil, salt & pepper.

  6. Toss sauce with pasta.

  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
