Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 can tomoatoe paste
- 1-1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 225 grams lasagna noodles, cooked & drained
- 454 g ricotta cheese
- 400 g Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

Brown and drain beef.

Add onion and garlic to beef.

Stir in tomatoe paste and water.

Stir in salt, oregano and pepper.

Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

In 12″ × 8″ (3 L) baking dish, layer one cup meat sauce, then 1/2 noodles, 1/2 ricotta cheese, meat sauce, 1/2 Mozzarella.

Repeat layers, topping with Mozzarella.

Bake 375 F for 30-40 minutes.
