Ingredients
- 1 lb cross rib steak or beef sirloin
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 mushrooms, sliced and lightly sauteed
- 2 Tbsp catsup
- 2 tsp Worcestshire
- Egg noodles
Directions

Brown steak in oil.

Add onions and lightly brown.

Combine soup, sour cream, catsup and worcestshire and sauteed mushrooms.

Add to meat and onions.

Heat through, do not boil.

Boil egg noodles to package.

Serve stroganoff on noodles.
