Ingredients
- 2 pork butt chops
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- Dill, to taste
- Montreal steak spice, to taste
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp curry paste
- 1 dessert spoon Kochujang (bean paste)
- 1 chicken oxo
- 1 beef oxo
- 1 cup water
- 1 dessert spoon brown sugar

Brown chops.

Combine all other ingredients and simmer with pork chops for 30-60 minutes.
