Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 3 chicken breasts or 6 thighs, boneless, skinlees
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1-1/2 cups sliced carrots
- 1-1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
Directions

Melt butter.

Brown chicken for 5 minutes in butter each side.

In bowl, combine soup, wine and pepper.

Pour over chicken.

Add vegetables.

Reduce heat and simmer 25-35 minutes.
