Salisbury Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 beef burgers, defrosted
  • 8 medium mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 2 Tbsp dry white wine
  • 2 tsp flour
  • S&P
  • Montreal steak spice, to taste
  • Worchestshire.

Directions

  1. Saute burgers for 3 minutes each side.

  2. Drain fat.

  3. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic.

  4. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Stir in broth and thyme.

  6. Mix together wine and flour until smooth.

  7. Stir into broth and boil 1 minute.

  8. Season with spices.
