Ingredients
- 2 beef burgers, defrosted
- 8 medium mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 2 Tbsp dry white wine
- 2 tsp flour
- S&P
- Montreal steak spice, to taste
- Worchestshire.
Directions

Saute burgers for 3 minutes each side.

Drain fat.

Add mushrooms, onion and garlic.

Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in broth and thyme.

Mix together wine and flour until smooth.

Stir into broth and boil 1 minute.

Season with spices.
