Mushroom Caps

Ingredients

  • 20 large mushrooms
  • 2-3 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Pull out mushroom stocks and chop.

  2. Cook stocks in butter.

  3. Add walnuts.

  4. Add swiss cheese.

  5. Fill mushroom caps.

  6. Bake 350 F for 10 minutes.
