Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup white cheddar cheese
Directions

Melt butter in saucepan.

Stir flour into butter.

Add salt and milk and warm through, stirring constantly.

Add cheese and stir constantly until melted and smooth.
